Johnson – Ella Christina ~ May 10, 1928- Dec. 2, 2016
Ella Johnson passed away on Friday Dec. 2, 2016 at 88 years of age.
Ella was born on May 10, 1928, on the family farm near Robsart, Sask., to Frank and Mabel (Anderson) Johnson. Ella lived on the farm with her parents until 1975, when they all moved to Maple Creek.
Ella is predeceased by her parents and brothers, Lloyd and Clyde.
Ella is survived by Lloyd’s wife Treva, Clyde’s wife May; nephews Darcy (Donna), Roger (Vicki), David, and Thomas; nieces Diane (Steve) and Karen (Todd); great nephews Cory (Dianne), Ty, Lowell, Andrew, and Josh; great nieces Kim (Daryl), Codee, Teresa, and Nicole; and 10 great-great nephews and nieces: Chase, Gavin, Korban, Faith, Holt, Amalia, Jonas, Owen, Logan, and Shamous.
The funeral service was held at The Salvation Army in Maple Creek, Sask., Fri., Dec. 9 at 2 p.m., fellowship followed. In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes may be made directly to the Canadian Cancer Society, Saskatchewan Division, 1910 McIntyre Street, Regina, SK S4P 2R3.
