Foodgrains Harvest
Posted on September 24, 2014 by Maple CreekArlen Herter helps harvest durum for the Canadian Foodgrains Bank at the field dedicated to the cause near Golden Prairie on Sept. 19. He was one of three area farmers who volunteered their time and machinery to harvest 80 acres for the Tower Hills Growing Project. Leader’s Southwest Growing Project will be harvesting its 160 acres later this week.
