LETTER TO EDITOR: Reflection after ‘Consequences’

Having read the letter to the editor by Donna Holtby in the advance times February 2/2022 titled Consequences.
This letter has caused me to reflect on how people are willing to treat each other in our community.
It’s frustrating to see how many people buy in to the Government’s rhetoric which attempts to divide us.
To suggest that someone exercising their freedom of choice somehow makes them deserving of being ostracized from society does not seem to me to be a very Christian attitude.
I think the best way to sum up my thoughts is to quotes from an email sent by a friend yesterday. It reads:

JUDGING A PERSON DOES NOT DEFINE WHO THEY ARE, IT DEFINES WHO YOU ARE.
