Double Workplace Fatality
Posted on September 10, 2014 by Maple CreekEmergency personnel pull out equipment as they work to rescue two men who fell 12 feet into a sewer line which partially collapsed around 6:20 p.m. on Sept. 8 at Fox Valley. One man was transported to Maple Creek Hospital where he was pronounced dead, the other was pronounced dead at the scene. The Fox Valley Fire Department remained at the site in pouring rain until 10 p.m.
