Nelubowich, Dorothy Mae

Nelubowich – Dorothy Mae Nelubowich (Kinnell) of Eastend, Saskatchewan passed away on Friday, January 15, 2016 at the Royal University Hospital in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
Dorothy was born on February 3, 1928 to Sarah and David Kinnell at Ogema, Saskatchewan. She was their only child.
She was predeceased in death by her parents Sarah and David Kinnell and her husband Adolphe.
Dorothy is survived by her sons David (Betty) of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and Ralph (Laura) of Stony Plain, Alberta, three grandchildren Elyse, Sarah, and Adam and her brother-in-law Frank Nelles (Millie) of Calgary, Alberta, as well as a number of nieces and nephews.
Dorothy enjoyed a long career as a school teacher in various small towns in southwest Saskatchewan. Rural Saskatchewan provided Dorothy with many fond memories and strong lasting friendships. She felt fortunate and appreciated being able to return to the familiar surroundings of Eastend Wolf Willow Health Centre.
Funeral services for Dorothy Nelubowich will take place on Friday, January 22, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Eastend United Church in Eastend, Saskatchewan. Interment will follow in Robsart Cemetery at a later date. For those wishing, memorial donations may be made the Eastend United Church. Binkley’s Funeral Service of Shaunavon (www.Binkleys.com) is in charge of the arrangements.
