It is with great sadness we announce the death of Brian Sharp of Airdrie, Alta. Brian was born in Maple Creek, Sask. on July 24, 1957 and passed away on Feb. 26, 2016.
Brian leaves to cherish his memory his companion Candice Harnack, son Jamie (Ashley), grandson Max, mother Shirley (Frank) Peters, brothers Bruce (Shirley) Sharp, Aaron (Theresa) Sharp, Doug Peters, sister Jennifer O’Toole, stepmother Gail Sharp, nieces Jessica, Amber, Cersten, Braydon, Taylor, Sydney, Breanna, nephew Jarod.
Brian was predeceased by his maternal and paternal grandparents, his dad, Mel, and a sister, Debbie.
Brian will be missed by the many friends he made in his short life. We will miss you Bucko, rest easy.
I am standing upon the seashore. A ship at my side spreads her white sails to the morning breeze and starts for the blue ocean. She is an object of elegance and strength, and I stand and watch until, at last, she hangs like a speck of white cloud just where the sea and the sky come down to mingle with each other. And just at the moment when someone at my side says “There she goes” there are other eyes watching her coming and other voices ready to take up the glad shout “She comes.” And that is dying.
