The Pied Piper (Emma Arndt) puts the townskids (Ava Sabean, Kyra Whitrow) under his spell after the mayor refuses to pay him for ridding Hamelin Town of its rats in Sidney Street School’s performance of The Pied Piper with the Missoula Children’s Theatre on Friday and Saturday.
